GREAT OPERATING FLEXIBILITY
Depending on the management system, can distribute sticks to each row or according to a predetermined program.
Each stick magazine, the number of which may vary according to your needs, can be fixed or can move laterally along a rack mechanism, by sliding manually or by means of an automatic system activated by pneumatic cylinders.
Its structure is made of 4" by 8" steel tubes, with welded seams over the entire length, ensuring the entire unit is very sturdy.
PRECISE AND SMOOTH OPERATION
Each stick is placed gently on the row, ensuring that the pieces remain in place when the stacker’s forks are removed.
Its central air distribution system ensures an even distribution of pressure in each magazine cylinder. Lubrication of the pneumatic systems is centralized.
The lift mechanism of each stick magazine slides smoothly over bushings which may be lubricate may be applied.
Each pneumatic cylinder of the stick placer is equipped with cushions to ensure an operation without sudden stops.
