Our tilt hoists are used to undo bundles of lumber into a single, continuous row of boards while making it possible to recover any existing sticks. They are made out steel tubing at least ¼ inch thick, and are renowned for their durability, reliability, and easy upkeep. Custom designed to meet your needs, they can handle single or double bundles simultaneously, even if they are longer than 24 feet! We can also adjust our tilt hoists to practically any in-feed and out-feed height you need. Each fork is guided by drive rollers and can be positioned according to your specifications.
We also offer the following options:
- Hydraulic or electric drive
- Single or double hammer for breaking up frozen bundles
- Adjustable tilt to level uneven bundles
- Independent or linked fork
- Chain descent mechanism to control row descent speed
- Belt conveyor assembly (stick recovery)
- Single or double bundle feed (high speed)
- Continuous load tilt hoist
