With today's fast-paced production rates, the number of sticks you have to process can quickly become astronomical! That’s why we’ve developed comprehensive stick recovery systems to allow you to automate these operations. Our system removes snow and waste materials before sorting and verifying the length of the sticks recovered. All waste materials can then be channeled away for processing. The recovered sticks are then sent to your stick racks or bundled before being tied together.
If you use racks, we can provide you with all the equipment you need to manage rack in-feed and out-feed. You can then set aside a number of empty and full racks to free up your forklift and loader operators.
